Delete your Fold account
You can request deletion here even if you no longer have access to the Fold customer app.
What will be deleted
- Your Fold customer login and customer profile.
- Saved address, phone number, notification token, and account preferences.
- Other personal data that Fold is not legally required to retain.
What may be retained
Closed booking, refund, dispute, and payment records may be retained for financial, tax, fraud-prevention, safety, or other legal obligations. They are not retained for marketing after account deletion.
You can also delete your account directly in the Fold customer app under
