Bookings and delivery

  • Open Orders in the Fold Customer app to see the latest status.
  • Include your booking ID when contacting support.
  • Report delivery issues as soon as possible after delivery.

Payments and refunds

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Eligible refunds return to the original payment method; bank processing time may vary.

Account access

If you cannot sign in, email support@itsfolded.com from the address associated with your Fold account.
